Interiors

Our technicians will provide a first class job with paints, woodstains and varnishes in a full range of colours and finishes. We take great care to ensure the minimum disruption to you. Again the key to a quality finish is good preparation and the use of quality materials.

Obviously you will need to discuss your specific requirements with a member of our team but as an indication this would be a typical specification of work for an interior job.

• Preparation
  Based on your requests, items are placed in the centre of the room and covered with plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled, stains are sealed and surfaces are scuff sanded.
• Paint
  Repaired areas are primed and two coats of premium quality paint are applied to a uniform finish.
• Clean
  Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
• Inspect
  After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work to ensure all is well and acceptable.

Exterior

Depending on your location, choice of finish and budget there are different options to protect and enhance the exterior of your property. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

To give you an indication this would be a typical specification of work for an exterior job.

• Preparation
  Based on your proposal, the area are washed down to remove dirt and mildew and to provide the perfect surface for painting. All loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are filled to prevent water intrusion. All floor and other non paint areas are protected with plastic sheeting and drop cloths. Windows are tape masked off to prevent splashes and plants and shrubs are protected with plastic sheeting where necessary.
• Paint
  Repaired areas are primed and two coats of premium quality paint are applied to a uniform finish.
• Clean
  Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work.
• Inspect
  After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work to ensure all is well and acceptable.
